• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India, with no minimum order value.
• Orders are shipped from our storage and dispatch center in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
  
  

Shipping Schedule and Exceptions:

• We ship on all weekdays (Monday – Saturday) between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays and Sundays.
• Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days (48 hours) of being received.
• Please note that while we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, unforeseen events beyond our control, such as force majeure, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other external factors, may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
  
  

Shipping Partners and ETA:

• We use SHIPROCKET to ship our products via reputable courier services like DELHIVERY, BLUE DART, DTDC, etc.
  
  
• Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) once the order is dispatched:
  • Chennai: 1-2 business days
  • Metros and Major Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Villages: 10-12 business days (due to logistical challenges)
    
    

Order and Delivery Details:

• All orders are shipped to a single address specified at checkout. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
• Each shipment includes an invoice with tax-inclusive pricing, compliant with Indian GST standards.
  
  

Failed Delivery and Returns:

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect shipping address or recipient’s unavailability, the package will be returned to us.
• In such cases, a deduction of ₹100 or the actual shipping cost (whichever is higher) will be made from the refund amount.
• If you choose to re-ship the package, an additional re-shipping fee will be applicable.
  
  

Liability and Damaged Packages:

• Potent O’ Herbs shall not be liable for any damage or loss occurring after successful delivery of the products.
• If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at orders@potentoherbscosmetics.com
• We will promptly arrange for a replacement delivery.

Order Modification & Cancellation:

• Changes to shipping details can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Order cancellations are also accepted within this 24-hour window, and a full refund will be issued.
• After 24 hours, modifications and cancellations may not be possible, as orders are promptly processed for dispatch.
• Please note that once an order is shipped, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted.

Out of Stock Items (Insufficient Stock):

In rare cases, we may need to cancel orders due to unavailability of stock, inaccuracies in product information, or other errors. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

How We Handle Out of Stock Items?

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss possible options.

No Back Orders:

Please note that we do not accept back orders. We only fulfill orders for items that are currently in stock.
