We will issue a product exchange or refund, depending on your request and our assessment.

If return is accepted, return product will be delivered within 7-10 business days

If exchange is accepted, exchanged product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

In case of an exchange, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up of the product.

If replacement is accepted, replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
